We have been through the very same process and our need for a company such as this has prompted the development of the business. We are intent on providing you with vital services that you have complete confidence in.
Firstly and very importantly our fees are not based on what you spend on your home and we are not linked with any estate agencies. This is of great importance because it means we have no interest in you buying any particular property, we are only interested in finding the perfect home for you. We can remain completely unbiased and give you the independent advice you need to make the right choice.
We charge on a time/service basis so the cost really does depend on how much input you require and every client is different in terms of this. We have tried to compile a list of services to which our clients can pick and choose and decide what they require and obviously tailor-make the service so it fits them perfectly, often changing the requirements as the process evolves.
Please call us for a free of charge chat where we will try to establish what you are looking for and what input you require. After this we will prepare a ‘proposal’ which is also free but will include a guide to our fees based on the level of service you have indicated.

- Arranging and co-ordination of trips to France for viewings including all travel, accommodation and translation services

- Making a house a home including contacts for interior design and furnishings, property maintenance, construction, landscape and gardening, cleaning, upkeep while you are in the UK etc
